It is an initiative of MBMMBI to welcome the aspirations of MADANI Education which emphasizes the importance of English. In the context of the national education transformation, this policy is in line with the goal of 21st- century education that emphasizes bilingual skills - an important aspect to ensure our students can communicate well at the international level without forgetting their national identity. Therefore, every school leader needs to be able to stand confidently and address the teachers, students, peers, and other audiences in English for various purposes at some time or another. Public speaking requires confidence, good training in thought, and practiced speech. Issues such as posture, gestures, facial expression, intonation, rhythm, and pronunciation amongst others, need to be given considerable attention to present well in public speaking. How the speaker puts a message across will depend on a well thought and structured text. Equipped with good, rehearsed text and a conscious awareness of body language, a school leader can confidently speak in public anytime, anywhere.
