| General note | Sejajar dengan anjakan transformasi kelima dalam Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia (PPPM) 2013-2025 iaitu menempatkan pemimpin berprestasi tinggi di setiap sekolah, kepimpinan dalam pengurusan organisasi merupakan elemen penting dalam usaha menghasilkan sekolah berkualiti dan kemenjadian murid seperti dihasratkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Sehubungan dengan itu, kursus ini diberikan kepada pemimpin sekolah yang bertugas di sekolah-sekolah pulau bagi memastikan organisasi diurus secara cekap dan sistematik dengan mengambil kira potensi dan keperluan warga sekolah, kemudahan dan sumber dalaman dan luaran. Pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang didedahkan dalam kursus ini dapat membantu pemimpin sekolah untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan pengoperasian sekolah dan seterusnya merealisasikan kecemerlangan organisasi secara berterusan. |
