Penyediaan individu<br/>dalam menguasai kompetensi pengurusan kendiri akan membantu beliau dalam mendepani pelbagai kemungkinan yang akan berlaku diluar jangkaannya. lndividu itu juga perlu menyedari bahawa tidak semua akan kekal dan berlaku sebagaimana yang dirancang. Untuk itu sebagai pemimpin ia perlu melalui dua proses yang amat penting: 1.Proses Penerokaan/ Persediaan kendiri (self discovers and preparation); 2. Proses Pelancaran kendiri (self launching pad). Penguasaan pengurusan kendiri ini juga dilihat akan membantu pemimpin itu lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam pimpinannya. |
